The Goodness Score is not a measure of productivity, success, or output.

It is a reflection of your lived experience.

Rather than asking “How much did you do?”, the score asks:“How did your life feel to live this week?”


Through observation, reflection, and recurring patterns in modern life, we identified a small set of internal signals that most strongly shape a person’s perceived quality of life. These signals are not outcomes - they are states of being. Together, they form a grounded and honest picture of wellbeing.

What the Goodness Score Represents

The Goodness Score is a subjective composite score out of 5, derived from how you experienced these seven dimensions over the course of a week.

It is designed to be:

  • Reflective, not prescriptive

  • Personal, not comparative

  • Directional, not diagnostic

There is no “perfect” score.

The purpose is not to chase a number, but to notice patterns over time.

The Goodness Score is not designed to push you toward a higher number.

It exists to help you listen to your life.

Over time, the score becomes less about where you land - and more about how intentionally you respond.

The 7 Foundations of the Goodness Score

Each foundation captures a distinct, but interconnected, part of daily life:

  • Overall Energy
    Your physical and mental vitality - your capacity to engage with the day.

  • Stress Regulation
    How well you were able to absorb pressure without remaining in a prolonged state of tension or overwhelm.

  • Mood Fluctuation
    The emotional steadiness of your days - not constant happiness, but your ability to recover.

  • Mental Clarity
    Your ability to think clearly, focus, and make decisions without persistent mental noise.

  • Meaningful Progress
    A sense that your time was directed toward things that matter to you - even in small ways.

  • Connection
    The quality of your connection to people, to yourself, and to the world around you.

  • Slow Joys
    Moments of presence, pleasure, and grounding - unoptimized joys that make life feel human.


Individually, none of these tell the full story.

Together, they reveal something more important: your internal balance.
